Cutter tool?
I've been trying to get into the swing of scrapbooking, buying all kinds of supplies for years. Well, I'm finally starting sit down and do things. I'm trying to figure out what kind of tool, or if there is a tool that makes it easy to cut shapes. For example. He was a page for my friends new baby. I had these large print and contained "child" and have stuck to a page and just wanted to draw a carpet around the word "child", but it was not easy with simple scissors. Any ideas? I imagine that has to be something out there. Thanks:)
