What vintage is this toy called?

My husband is trying to remember a name similar to the Viewmaster toy that was blue, hand, had a cartridge-type shaped as a figure of eight that could turn around (there were two films). You see the frame of the movie frame by frame by pressing a button and there was no audio. Towards the late 70s, early 80s. Thanks in advance! It is not a Viewmaster or movie viewer. I do not know if it was available in the U.S.. My husband I had when I lived in Korea.
