Is water-soluble pigment ink good for scrapbooking?
I bought these stamp pads today and they said it was made of water-soluble ink. I’m planning to use them for a scrapbook, but I want to know if this kind of ink is as good as the acid-free ones.
I have used water based inks and they have retained their color on the stamped paper..the paper I stamped was acid free and the page holders to so that may make them pretty stable.
