What is a good way to store the ink cartridges?
I do not use my inkjet printer very often. In general, is several months between printing and the cartridges seem to dry. I have pulled out and use a warm damp paper towel to get going again, but you really do not work very well. I've had this problem with more than one printer, so I do not think it's a problem with the printer, I think it is improper storage of the cartridges. I'm thinking be taken out and stored out of the printer can be better. Do you have any ideas on how to seal for storage without touching the injectors?
Hello Thinkerbelle1, ink jet water-based ink, a good solution is to remove them from the printer, the cellophane seal and store them in the bottom of the fridge. Sure that your refrigerator will not freeze into blocks of ice! Just keep them refrigerated (no evaporation), and put back into the printer when it is ready for use again.
