How to fill a box of sand?
I bought a wardrobe of garbage in a garage sale and have been cleaned, and bought a refill. But I have no instruction on how to replace except the images in the filling. Once you've tied the end of the bag, where it wear? I've never seen one in use, or with a cartridge installed. Please help!
