Making a scrapbook for my bff for christmas- any ideas on what to put in it?

I don’t have a lot of money for Christmas this year, so I’m going to be making a lot of things. I have a nice scrapbook kit and some really nice supplies- but I’m not sure what to do with it all. I’m getting a bunch of pictures from stuff we’ve done together. Any suggestions?

I’ve made these for various people and what they seem to like best are the stories I put in them. Think of some funny ones, some warm-hearted, some thoughtful, etc. Either things that happened with the two of you or things you were thinking. Such as: you have a photo of him at a party. Tell what you were thinking that night, how great he looked, how happy you were to be with him, etc. Or say, remember when Josh thought that bottle was water and it was vodka? Or something like that. That wasn’t very funny but I couldn’t think on the spur of the moment. lol But you know what I mean.

Then if you can get some pinking shears cheap, they cut in a zig zag pattern. You can cut out the little stories and attach them with the photos. Or you can just cut them out in thought bubbles or other shapes.

But people really like to read what your view was on things that happened. Or they might have forgotten some things that happened and this will make them always remember those times.

I think it’s a great gift and one that takes a lot of time and thought. So he will really appreciate it!
